panorama of the front. perspective makes it look a bit funny
view from utility room/garage entrance. Coffee bar above the refrigerators, prep sink & induction cooktop in island, 5 burner cooktop & sink along right wall.
view from kitchen sink.
counter depth refrigerator will go in the slot with a TV above it. Bar will seat 3, and table will go in front of the windows and door out to the deck.
view from the corner where breakfast table will be. Notice there's no fireplace.
view from master bedroom entrance. Along the front of the house is the kitchen, dining room, main entry, and out of view further is the former living room (now has stairs), and lastly the yellow bedroom.
stairs make this an awkward room, but there is just enough room to put a piano between the stairs and window. Maybe desk under the stairs or something.
master bedroom from the sitting area.
master bedroom view to the deck entrance and back yard.
Her bathroom w/ tub and extra space.
view into the closet and bedroom. Shower connects to the man's bathroom with another shower door on the other side.
HIS bathroom. Toilet is behind the door next to the shower. Electric hot water heater/tank is in his closet.
Green bedroom is 10'x12'. This will be the daughter's bedroom with walk in closet.
10'x10' with walk in closet. Tiny room, but it will be good for her play room.
pullman bath attaches to the green bedroom. This view is from the hallway to serve as the public bathroom and vanity for the yellow bedroom.
upstairs media room. We'll make this a bedroom for the boys to share by making a closet instead of attic storage down the hallway and dormers or roof windows for safety & light. Flooring is cork tiles.
door is the top of the stairs. The bookcase is a secret door that goes to attic space directly above the bathroom below. We're considering building a bathroom for the boys through there.
down a long hallway above the kichen & utility is this office space with built ins. No windows, but it's very nice. Cork flooring.
bedroom of the apartment above the middle garage door. Plywood floor, but the tin ceiling and barnwood walls are interesting. This will become Ezra's wing when he gets old enough and tired of rooming with Evan.
apartment bathroom. The people who first did the add on to the house finished this apartment and lived in it while they finished the rest of the house.
living room/kitchen of the apartment. Full kitchen w/ gas cooktop and electric wall oven. We'll never get Ezra kicked out of the house once he adopts this apartment.
another view. Behind the red wall are stairs to a small rear deck, then to an entry to the garage, storage, and the apartment's own washer/dryer.
Third car garage was an add on, so it's fully separated by a wall from the rest. I just realized today that it's climate controlled!
